Supplier/Installer Analysis
- Identifying the best equipment and people to complete the work is very important to ensure the performance of your home is maximised
- We help by reaching out to trusted installers on your behalf and analysing the data to find the best possible contractors for your project at the perfect price point
- We assess and recommend suppliers and installers based the project itself and the technologies to be installed.
Parts & Installer Procurement
- Mantis Energy can complete a pre-tendering, procurement and post tender analysis to ensure each project has a choice of contractors
- A more comprehensive procurement of parts and installers must be completed when projects are of high cost and complexity. Ensuring everything is where it is supposed to be when it is supposed to be to keep your project moving along on schedule

Contractor Supervision & QC
- Mantis Energy can provide on-site supervision of contractors and conduct inspections of installations to ensure the systems are installed correctly
- We make sure your build is left exactly how you want it with any unexpected damage caused during install amended by the relevant contractors
- Construction projects often have a number of contractors working on-site at the same time – Coordinating these activities to ensure there are no issues is very important and making sure contractors attend at the right point in the build for installation is part of what we do
Schedule & Budget Control
- We come on board at the project inception meaning we work and design to your budget expectations. Any fluctuations will be identified at the earliest possible opportunity
- The design is complete, the work has started however if the project takes twice as long as expected the project has not been a success. We schedule contractors in around the relevant ongoing works to keep you on track for your builds completion.
Commissioning/ Handover & Project Close Out
- We can ensure that your work is commissioned correctly and works as it should
- Mantis Energy can help with completed work sign off and ensuring all documentation (drawings, manuals, certificates, warranties) have been provided
- Closing out your project when you are happy with the end result
