Our client wanted to maintain the external features of this period property while retrofitting energy efficiency measures and low carbon heating technology to modernise the home internally. Low embodied carbon and vapour permeable insulation was specified to further contribute to the properties green credentials. This family homes benefits from an air source heat pump, underfloor heating and solar PV panels.
