As part of a larger scale rejuvenation of the area, this 19th Century paper mill had been out of commission for decades before the developers came along to bring the site back to life. Transforming this space into a commercial food hall and dining destination for local residents was a large task which includes improving the building fabric to insulate and protect the original structure. As part of the team engaged by the developers we have assisted with the initial energy calculations and building fabric elements of this exciting project.
