A client with a commercial development in Manchester City Centre was looking to open a small food market offering dry and chilled goods as well as serving hot food from a counter. Before fitting out the unit it was of key importance to make sure the mechanical & electrical plans were in place to ensure the appropriate heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration and water services were available on site and compliant with regulations. Our team designed an energy efficient system for the owners so they could confidently fit out and open the store knowing their systems will operate at the required level for years to come without eating into operating cost profits.
