In the heart of Westy Derby this Grade II Victorian building – Formerly a school – had been left empty and uncared for since 2004 until purchased by developers. With plans to convert into 11 apartments alongside restoring the original coach house and garden room this project will bring a new lease of life to the building and surrounding area. 18 additional new homes are also set to be built on the surrounding land. Our team were an integral part of the Mechanical & Electrical design for this project, taking special consideration for the main Grade II listed building.
