SUMMARY

Are you an ambitious Senior Sustainability Engineer? Looking to work in an Exciting Low Energy Building Consultancy? We are looking for an Enthusiastic Senior Sustainability Engineer who is passionate about creating carbon neutral, sustainable and healthy building environments.

**This role will be the ideal fit for someone wanting genuine career progression – Our goal is for this person to progress into a Team Manager**

HERE ARE SOME ATTRIBUTES WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Domestic and Commercial Building Energy Models
  • Part L Calculations (SAP / SBEM)
  • Part O Overheating Calculations (TM59 / TM52)
  • Dynamic Energy Modelling (IES VE)
  • U-Value & Thermal Bridging Calculations (THERM)
  • Retrofit Coordinator Activities (PAS2035)
  • Heat Decarbonisation Planning (Public Sector PSDS)
  • PassivHaus Principles and / or Design

The Role

  • Designing Low Energy Buildings (Domestic, Commercial and Public Building Sectors)  
  • Working in a variety of Building Physics Skill Areas
  • Providing subject matter expert knowledge in Building Physics
  • Acting as a mentor for Junior Building Physics Engineers
  • Developing and improving technical systems in the business
  • Maintaining strong client relationships

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in energy consulting in the building sector
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental or Sustainability Related Degree

We are offering:

  • Total Compensation Package up to £52,500
  • Base Salary up to £45,000
