Construction Capability
Our primary goal is to promote and support the development and construction of low energy buildings to meet the UK’s Net Zero 2050 targets.
Mantis works on domestic, commercial and public sector buildings primarily working on Education and Healthcare Estate Decarbonisation as well as Social Housing Decarbonisation and Retrofit.
To date we have been involved in over £40m of Public Sector Decarbonisation projects and have completed around the UK.
Mantis provide construction services on a range of building works:
- Installation of roof works & insulation
- Installation of doors, windows, associated components and secondary glazing
- Installation of internal, external and cavity wall insulation including making good plastering and decorating
- Installation of solid and suspended floor insulation as well as final floor coverings
- Installation of draught proofing

Our team oversees the coordination of trades, suppliers, and logistics to maintain a seamless construction process, minimising delays and cost overruns.
Compliance & Certification
We ensure all construction works fully comply with current Building Regulations, health and safety requirements, and relevant sector-specific standards. Our team manages the delivery of essential testing and commissioning processes for compliance & certification, including air-tightness testing, site based evidence gathering and 3rd party verification.
Where formal certification is required, we support the full application process, providing clients with a single point of contact and confidence that all regulatory and performance obligations are met in certifications such as retrofit to PAS2030, PAS2035 & PAS2038 Standards as well as high performance building certifications such as PassivHaus, EnerPHit, BREAAM Outstanding and AECB Carbonlite.
