Engagement with school staff and stakeholders to encourage active participation in low-carbon initiatives
The project aligns with the Diocese’s Net Zero goals, ensuring sustainable, energy-efficient environments for students and staff.

Mechanical & Electrical Design (RIBA Stage 4)
Mantis Energy’s design team has produced detailed mechanical and electrical designs, including:
-
Heating system designs and plant room layouts
-
Hot and cold-water services schematics
-
Ventilation, mechanical extraction, and BMS controls
-
Internal and external plant designs
-
Mechanical & electrical systems integration
-
Comprehensive design reports supporting contractor tendering
This technical design ensures that all interventions meet operational requirements while optimising energy performance.
