Mantis Academy is our industry leading in-house training programme designed to invest in each team member’s future no matter where they are in their career journey. Through individually tailored development plans, we help staff build their skills, grow their expertise, and progress their careers.

Graduate Scheme
Our Graduate Scheme is designed to give you a strong start in the energy industry, combining hands-on project experience with structured training and mentorship. From day one, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants on real projects, building the skills and confidence to progress in your career.
We are looking for the best of the best so if you were top of your University class and have a strong work ethic and a drive for success we are looking for you, in exchange we provide a clear development path, access to industry-leading training, and the opportunity to gain professional accreditations.
