Project Description
Commercial Offices: Net Zero Carbon Building
Manchester

Design
Project
Mantis Energy provided a comprehensive initial fabric, mechanical and electrical design strategy for this office building in central Manchester. The clients wanted the building to provide adequate space for staff members while also having a net zero carbon footprint to improve the sustainability of buildings. Our team of engineers and fabric consultants designed a net zero carbon building using PassivHaus design standards producing a design that is commercially and technically feasible to construct.
